For tactical operators, the velcro feature is much faster than zipping up a pocket to grab their items. On the front of the Metropolis Briefcase, Condor added this velcro pocket to increase user speed to their gear. It is a main front compartment that has a relatively wide size for small electronics and tools to be carried.
